There are different options to solve it, always aiming for the best outcome for you—and hoping to see you again soon in our stores.
Remake or correction
If, when you receive your product, you notice something that bothers you, it doesn’t fit well, or you simply don’t like it, you can notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Remember our products are handcrafted; however, we offer the option to remake it one additional time to fix the issue.
After 3 days, we do not offer corrections if there was no prior notification.
Exchange for in-stock items
If you changed your mind upon receiving your order, you can exchange it for any other in-stock product(s) of the same value, or for a higher-value item by paying the difference in cash.
If the new product chosen is of lower value, Moshi Boots will not refund the price difference, so it’s recommended to choose a similar item from stock.
Refund
If it’s not possible to reach an agreement with the solutions above, Moshi Boots will refund your money minus a minimum 30% deposit/advance payment.
The refund will be processed within 15 days via bank transfer or check, once the product has been received back (if you have it and you notified us within the 3-day period).
